Camp Broadway offers summer camps, workshops, and performance opportunities to theatre-loving kids, aged 6-17. Offered in New York City and in select cities across the country, we promise that you will have an authentic, enlightening and joyous theatre arts experience taught by trained Broadway professionals. Inspired by Broadway’s cherished works and steeped in its grand traditions, every program is designed to build confidence, inspire creative expression, and instill well-being in both aspiring artists and future audiences.

Camp Broadway Las Vegas will take place at The Smith Center, 361 Symphony Park Avenue, Las Vegas, NV  89106.

Shining Stars Camp:
July 7-11, 2014
AM Session 8:00am-12:30pm
PM Session 1:30pm-5:30pm
A week long ½ day camp for children between the ages of 6 – 9.

Classic Camp:

Develop Your Character
“Character” is a defining principle with equal relevance both on and off the stage. Studies have shown that one’s social, emotional, ethical and creative skills are the building blocks to the development of “Character.” Camp Broadway’s programs adhere to the belief that engagement in the theatre is an effective strategy in helping parents and educators teach their children about becoming responsible, ethical people. Camp Broadway enables our “Cast of Characters” to immerse themselves in musical theatre and drama as a way to study real and fictitious characters whose stories are told through dialogue, song and dance. In the process, they learn the necessary skills to perform successfully at every stage of life.

Summer Camp at the Springs Preserve

Skip the daycare and explore 180 acres of summer adventure! The Springs Preserve is offering 11 week-long summer camp programs for children ages 6 to 12 from June 11 to Aug. 24.

Programming

Running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, Springs Preserve Summer Adventure Camps provide young campers with with new activities weekly: nature, archaeology, animals, plants, history, drama, crafts, and even swimming at the neighboring YMCA. Activities are led by education specialists and field experts to give campers a unique and educational experience.

Summer camps are presented in partnership with Drama Kids International and the YMCA.

Enrollment and Costs

Enrollment is $200 per week ($180 for Springs Preserve members). After-hours care is available from 6:30 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6:30 p.m. for an additional $25 weekly fee.Enroll by April 30, and both members and non-members save $10 per week!
