Clark County Parks & Recreation offers two different six-day Summer Overnight Resident Camps at Camp Lee in Lee Canyon, Mt. Charleston. Camp Lee Canyon is located in the Spring Mountain Range, 45 minutes from Las Vegas. Cool mountain air, rustic cabins, and the natural beauty of this alpine setting provide an excellent atmosphere for learning , relaxation and fun. Each camp has a special focus and is geared toward a specific age group.
On the edge Camp is for teens and Omni camp is for children. Along with the specialty classes taught by our excellent faculty, campers will enjoy traditional camp activities such as hiking, campfires, cabin skits and games.
Campers stay in group cabins supervised by trained counselors (8:1 ratio for youth camps) Other resident staff include a registered nurse, camp director, camp supervisor and camp activity instructors. Meals are provided by professional caterers. Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting the camper to and from camp. Each camp begins on Sunday afternoon and ends on a Friday evening. All meals, daily snacks, class supplies and a camp t-shirt are included in the $400.00 camp tuition fee.
You may register on line, by mail or walk-in. A Camp Application must be completed when you register along with a minimum payment of $100.00, If you register on line you must pay the full $400.00 and download your Camp Application.

This camp features an in-depth experience in nature and the outdoors through fun interactive hands-on classes and activities. Campers will learn, discover and explore the unique plants and animals of the Spring Mountains, Mojave Desert and even the land down under! Nature themed classes and workshops in the Arts, Sciences and Outdoor Adventure include: Mask Making, Drumming, Roos-N-More, Sign Design Theatre, High Ropes Course, Star-gazing, Geo-cacheing and lots lots more!
